Delivery

We ship securely within the UK and worldwide. Delivery is not included in the price. This must be selected at checkout. 

As listed on all of our products on this website, we keep a limited stock of some items but otherwise all of our knitwear items are made to order.

For this reason, we aim to complete and ship orders within a maximum of 10 working days (within UK) and 21 working days (International) This is usually only applicable during busy retail periods such as Christmas or due to a delay in materials from our suppliers. 90% of all orders are normally completed within these time frames on both. 

For pre-order sales, please note that any additional items purchased at the same time will be shipped once pre-ordered items complete production. If additional items require sending beforehand, additional postage will need to be purchased via the post & packaging section on the website.

* We use Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for all UK deliveries (1-2 working days) ++

* We also use Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for everywhere else outside of the UK. Please see the tracking link provided on shipping confirmation emails for the handover carrier and also local information for any import tax charges - allowing additional delivery time for potential custom checks. 

Both of these options provide insurance and additional security that your order will arrive safely. We can also provide a tracking reference on request, please do not hesitate to ask.  

Please note we are unable to instruct Royal Mail to leave your parcel with a neighbour/in a safe/specific/different place. 

If you are unavailable at time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a calling card for you to rearrange delivery online for another suitable date, or collect from your local sorting office. 

For deliveries outside the UK, please check for similar process with your local mail delivery provider. 

++ please note the 1-2 working days quoted above is the Royal Mail promise of service and applies only from date of postage. We cannot be held responsible for any delays within their network and should they occur - will assist where possible to ensure you package arrives safely.
