Returns & Exchange
We're confident you'll love our hats & scarves as much as we do, but if you're unhappy with your purchase you can return this to us within 14 days for a full refund/exchange. Please note due to the nature of the product, we can only process returns & exchange on any unworn items.
Please contact us via the contact form on the website with the following:
* Your name
* Your order number
* Reason for return
For any fault related issues, we will provide you with a free tracked returns label via email, to allow a secure return.
Please note that unless there has been a fault with the product, any postage costs for returning items are otherwise not covered by The Famous Headwear.
Customers are liable for non-faulty returned goods and therefore we strongly recommend using a tracked and signed for service such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded, to ensure your package reaches its destination safely.
If returns are lost in transit with no proof of postage, regrettably we will be unable to process your refund/exchange and you will not be able to claim the relevant insurance from your courier provider. In circumstances where the item has went missing, we will be able to offer a full refund/exchange only once any dispute with the courier has been resolved.
If you wish to process an exchange for another item of the same cost, you are also liable for post & packaging for which there is a link on the website to purchase.
This is currently charged at £4.60 for re-delivery within the UK and uses Royal Mail First Class Recorded to provide the best, tracked security for delivery.
